We fell in love with the indoor floor plan, when we first walked into our home! We moved to Chapel Hill for our daughter's public school educations, which we heard was one of the best! Northwoods community feels like one of the safest, pet-friendly neighborhoods in Chapel Hill. Our annual HOA dues was reduced to $60/year because of neighbor volunteers.
